Investment & development management is divided in two activities:
- Land & property betterment
- Turn key completion
Land & property betterment: we support the client and help to improve the land or property value. REDbay will develop a real estate concept, arrange the approval of the municipality and take care that the necessary permits are granted.
Turn key completion: some clients ask REDbay to not only take care of the betterment but to also manage the project toward completion. In that case, we take responsibility for the required project management, engineering, selection of contractors and supervision of the work.
